Today's Progress

• Repository Setup: Initialized the official KODO^ repository and configured the KODO/ directory structure.
• Architecture Design: Defined the data flow between GitHub Webhooks and the KODO^ synchronization engine.
• Documentation: Drafted the initial PROJECT.md to define the protocol's mission and scope.

Reflection & Thoughts

The goal of KODO^ is to move beyond "code as a result" and capture "code as a narrative." Today marks the first step in making the development journey as valuable as the final commit.

Next Steps

• Implement the GitHub App authentication flow.
• Develop the Markdown parser for the KODO/ directory.
