Legal
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of KODO^ and KODO^ features. By using the service, you agree to these Terms.
KODO^ provides tools for linking GitHub repositories, synchronizing designated markdown files, and displaying project/activity information.
You are responsible for GitHub account security and for granting only necessary permissions during GitHub App installation. You may disconnect repositories at your discretion.
You retain rights to your content. You grant KODO^ a limited license to process and display content as required for service operation. You must not upload unlawful, infringing, or harmful content.
We may suspend or terminate access when these Terms are violated or when necessary for security, legal compliance, or service integrity.
The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties including fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted availability.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, KODO^ shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the service.
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue all or part of the service, and may update these Terms. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Japan. The Tokyo District Court shall have exclusive jurisdiction as the court of first instance, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
For inquiries regarding these Terms, please contact the project owner or designated support channel.
